Pardon me if I have offended you by contacting you for such
a big transaction through an ordinary letter which makes it
suspicious considering the type of fraudulent proposals on
the internet these days today. I would have loved to put
this business proposal to you on a face to face basis. I
could not do this because of the situation in the world
today and I am not sure of what your reaction would be.

I am Mr. Robert Nelson, a consultant and Stock Broker base
in United Kingdom. In January 1996 my office got a mandate
from a Japanese businessman, Mr. Takashi to purchase some
units 5 years Bonds valued at US$2.8 Million. On maturity in
2001, the investment was liquidated and converted to cash.
This was done with the hope of avoiding paying the accrued
capital gain tax and also to make some undisclosed donation
to his political party, an action which is deemed illegal
under Japanese Laws.

As part of the arrangement, the investment was cashed under
a fictitious in August 2001 and transported to Paris France,
office of an obscure security firm for safe keeping while
arrangement was being finalize to have it sent to Bank of
Tokyo-Mitsubishi in New York where it would find its way
through the back door to Japan. During storage, the cash was
loaded in a suitcase and declared as personal and family
treasury and artefact. Its true nature has remained, till
this day, concealed from officials of the security firm.

Mr. Takashi when filling out the form in Paris used my
residential address as his London home and handed me details
of the deposit. On the 9 September 2001, Mr. Takashi, handed
to me the key and secret code to the vault and travelled to
New York to finalize arrangement with some officials of Bank
of Tokyo-Mitsubishi on how to move the cash to into Japan
without the knowledge of the Japanese authorities.
Unfortunately, he was in the World Trade centre holding
meeting over launch when the World Trade Centre was attacked
and he died on the spot.

I have been off duty for about two years due to ill health.
It was on resumption of work last week, to my surprise I
realise the deposited suitcase is still in Paris. Even the
power of attorney prepared for the eventual change of name
is till with me and has not been signed. It was agreed with
the storage that the consignment would be collect on or
before 36 months from the date of delivery. Since due date,
the manager of the Security storage firm has been sending
letters to my former home address trying to find out why Mr.
Takashi has refused to renew the contract or come over to
Paris for collection of his suitcase.

As his brokers, I cannot lay claim to the suitcase. I am
hereby soliciting your support to get the suitcase out from
the custody of the security and storage firm in Paris. As
part of the plan, I will inform the firm that my client is
dead and that the suitcase should be handed over to you as
his appointed relation and next of kin. I will provide
documents to back it up for you to claim the money. All the
needed secret code for identification and collection are all
with me.

Be assured that this transaction has been well organized. As
his broker, I should bear the adverse responsibility should
one arise. To show you how confident I am about this
proposal, you can store copy of this proposal so that I only
would be held liable in future. This arrangement is 100%
safe, legal, risk free, as long as you keep it confidential.
