Instant Karma: The Campaign to Save Darfur features artists including U2, Jack Johnson, and Avril Lavigne performing songs by John Lennon. Yoko Ono has teamed up with Amnesty International to ensure that the proceeds from all 34 tracks go to help end the humanitarian crisis in the Darfur region of Sudan. It's an important cause, and one of the best covers albums we've heard in a long time. And best of all, the iTunes version includes 11 songs that aren't available on the physical CD.

Tracks In The Sand
Guest-edited by Bono, the July issue of Vanity Fair is all about Africa. Vanity Fair teamed up with (RED) and iTunes to present Tracks In The Sand -- a collection of 15 of the best tracks by West African artists including Salif Keita, Ali Farka Tourй, and Baaba Maal. The project is curated by Youssou N'Dour, and all 100% of the purchase price will go toward (RED)'s fight against AIDS in Africa.
